In the world of technology, people often celebrate brilliant algorithms and lines of code that change the world. But at SupremeTech, there is another kind of brilliance, quieter, yet just as radiant: the brilliance of dedication and the courage to transform.
This year, the company’s most prestigious honor the CEO Award 2026 – officially belongs to Ms. My Dung, a strong and inspiring woman from the Accounting team. This is not merely a personal achievement, but a deeply inspiring story about turning overwhelming pressure into the most beautiful bloom of growth and maturity.

CHALLENGES ARE THE “LEVER” FOR GROWTH
The Transformation phase at SupremeTech was never simply about scaling up or changing operational processes. To me, it truly felt like a revolution in mindset.
Standing at the threshold of 2025–2026, while tax regulations and legal policies were constantly evolving, I could already sense a powerful wave of change approaching. It was a time when legal frameworks intertwined with rapid technological advancement – representing the digital transformation strategy of an entire nation.
The greatest challenge was having to “renew” everything that had once become routine. As the country transformed and technology evolved at breathtaking speed, the demands for accuracy and strategic reporting became stricter than ever. There were moments when I felt as though I was racing against the pace of evolving code itself, where even a second of hesitation could leave you behind.
But right in the eye of that storm, I found an opportunity to step beyond the comfort zone of being a conventional accountant. I learned how to manage risks amid uncertainty and stayed committed to proving one philosophy: Finance and Accounting are not just dry numbers, they are the lifeblood that sustains innovation and the solid foundation that empowers technology to grow.

WHEN SUPREMETECH BECAME A “WAY OF LIFE”
My six-year journey with SupremeTech has been a meaningful climb through every milestone which from Independent, to Senior, and eventually Chief Accountant.
Honestly, it has been an incredibly valuable journey in shaping who I am today. It was not merely career advancement, but a transformation from someone who simply “fulfilled responsibilities” into someone who truly lives with purpose and passion for the profession.
At work: From “Rigid” to “Lean”
Looking back at my early days, I see a rather reserved version of myself who focused solely on technical expertise, preferred safety, and was sometimes rigid in defending processes and viewpoints. The biggest turning point came from one sentence my boss once told me: “Try to think of everything in the simplest way possible, make it as simple as possible, and present it as simply as possible.”
From that moment on, I changed. I learned to embrace a lean and flexible approach while still maintaining solid professional standards. I changed my perspective instead of turning my colleagues into “accountants” like me, I transformed myself into an advisor: someone who supports, complements perspectives, and helps guide decisions. I stopped accepting my own limitations and constantly challenged myself with one question: “Is there a better way?”. And that mindset led to results that even made me say “Wow.”
In life: Kindness and the “Can-do” Spirit
I was fortunate to learn kindness and the “can-do” spirit from my leader, Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh. I carried that decisive yet sincere spirit into every task, whether big or small. Instead of waiting endlessly for a perfect idea, I chose to take action immediately. I learned how to optimize my energy, stay calm under pressure, while always letting a passionate heart guide my actions.
The spirit of the SupremeTech family
After six years, SupremeTech has truly become my second home. The mornings and evenings at the office, the countless overnight deadlines… every corner here has become deeply familiar. The proudest feeling wasn’t holding the trophy in my hands, but seeing the trust reflected in the eyes of my fellow Back Office teammates. We’ve given each other a sense of companionship that is incredibly rare to find elsewhere.

A BOX OF MEMORIES
Whenever I look at familiar faces and watch the journey recap videos during the Year End Party, I quietly count another meaningful year, another happy “career age” spent alongside the SupremeTech family.
And perhaps the most precious moments are not only the joyful celebrations, but the times when we stood shoulder to shoulder during intense audit and inspection periods. It was through those challenging moments that understanding and trust transformed colleagues into family.
Here, we are not only building software. We are building a Family together.
A HEARTFELT MESSAGE
To the young people pursuing a career in Accounting: I hope you always stay truly committed to your profession, because creating trust is the noblest mission of all.
This profession can sometimes feel lonely and silent amid legal changes that not everyone understands. But remember: you are the anchor that keeps the business steady through rough seas.
Stay persistent with integrity, work with sincerity and a clear conscience, and never stop pushing beyond your own limits. Success will eventually find you in the most brilliant way possible.
And never be afraid of pressure. After all, diamonds are created under pressure, aren’t they?
